DELIVERY

We offer complimentary next day delivery on all items purchased through our website. We will typically send your order to you via Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.  

For all orders, please allow up to three working days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays that have been caused by the courier or events outside of their control. 

You will be required to sign for the receipt of the items at the delivery address. If no one is in to sign for the item(s), you may be required to collect them from your local delivery office. You should not sign for or accept any parcels that have been damaged or tampered with.


HIGH VALUE ORDERS

High value orders may be subject to further security checks, which could delay when your order is shipped.

For high value orders of over £10,000 and up to £15,000 we will request you to provide us with proof of ID along with address proof for either the billing or shipping address. Such orders will only be processed after we have validated your ID and address proof.

For high value orders of over £15,000 we request you to visit one of our stores to collect your order.  We will request you to present your proof of ID along with address proof at the time of collection.

The purchased items are your responsibility from the time the items are delivered to you. This is extended to us not being liable if you fail to provide us with the correct address.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship only within the UK.  If you would like an item to be shipped internationally, please get in touch with our customer service team on 0203 915 2287 or info@sandrjewellers.com.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

You have the option to collect your order from the following stores:

  • 127 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6RD
  • 78 Old Brompton Road, London, SW7 3LQ
  • 199 Edgware Road, London, W2 1ES
  • 88 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1DH

Click and collect is available on all orders. Collection is available from the following working day after 12pm. On Saturday, click and collection is only available in the Old Brompton Road and Edgware Road stores. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange collection.

On collection, you must provide a valid form of ID (Driving Licence or Passport) with the proof of purchase receipt.

If you don’t collect your order from the store you selected within 7 days of the collection date, then your order may be cancelled.

The purchased item(s) are your responsibility from the time you collect them from us.
