Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Price Match Guarantee applies to luxury watches and jewellery items that are identical to the product (including brand, model, condition, year of manufacture, and accessories) available for purchase at S&R Jewellers. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both S&R Jewellers and the other seller.
2. Other Seller's Qualifications: The other price must come from a recognised and authorised dealer or reseller of luxury watches and jewellery. Auction websites, private sellers, and unauthorised resellers are not eligible for price matching.
3. Price Matching Period: The competitor's lower price must be valid at the time of purchase. We do not offer retroactive price matches for purchases made before the price match request.
4. Price Verification: To request a price match, customers must provide documented proof of the lower price, including a link to the competitor's website, a screenshot, or an official quote.
5. Price Matching Exclusions: We do not offer price matching on clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales, as well as prices that result from typographical errors or pricing mistakes by the competitor.
6. Price Adjustment: If a customer's price match request meets the above criteria, we will adjust the price of the item in question to match the competitor's price before taxes and shipping fees.
7. Limitations: Price matching cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers at S&R Jewellers. Only one price match per item is allowed.
8. Final Discretion: S&R Jewellers reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to approve or deny any price match request, based on our assessment of the competitor's pricing and adherence to these terms and conditions.
9. Price Match Guarantee Period: Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. It is valid only for the duration of the guarantees existence.
