A historically significant reference from Patek Philippe. The 5035 in 18ct Yellow Gold features the world’s first annual calendar complication. The annual calendar was the first time-keeping mechanism to automatically display the month, day and date under the considerations of months with 30/31 days. It will only need adjusting once a year on the 1st of March.
